Hey everyone!

Basically we will start with a word. The next user has to type a sentence and continue the story forward, and also provide the next word for the next player. So the story can keep going!

Here's how it will go.

Player 1: Snow

Player 2: Once upon a time, in a snow clad town.
Word: lamp.

Player 3: The street lamps let out a soft glow at midnight.
Word: Boots

And so on.

Tips:
● If you're stuck with an idea and really want to do it, you can use two sentences max.
● The words you provide should supplement the story but it can honestly be anything!
● Have fun, make unpredictable choices, change the genre from horror to comedy, anything is possible! But work along with the players so have the most enjoyable output.
● When a story reaches an end, we can start a new one. Make sure to write The End to conclude the previous setting!

In the glow of the setting sun, a ship sailed on the quiet sea.

The orange-pink hue of the sky set a relaxing mood to the sailors in the ship as the sand was glowing under the last hints of sunlight

The captain's shadow cast a soft shadow as he stood behind the wheel, gazing at his small team of six already snoring after a long day.

Whilst everyone on crew was peaceful,it was undeniable that the weather was cool. It was August hence autumn was slowly yet surely approaching,the whether was appropriate even if not the most ideal. The captain was somewhat bored after wondering about everything that could go wrong and pre planning everything for the journey and he chose to quietly whistle a tune to keep himself more calm and relaxed,especially quiet in order to not disturb the other sailors.

The wind picked up as his tune reached it's final notes, alarmingly getting chiller each second until he could see his breath. And just like that, in the middle of the ocean, he knew he had a visitor.

Something in him was telling him "Wake up the others and run away" but another voice in his head was curious "It can't be that bad,maybe even interesting but not serious enough to not end the other sailors' peace" almost like a spell altering his conscience

He sat there contemplating, half hoping that if he did not move, the mysterious visitor would simply leave. Nevertheless, the figure drew closer until they were face to face and he could see clearly.

"You step in my waters and sing MY song!" The figure materialised in front of him, challenging him for a fight he didn't really want right now. He was so very tired, and the sun was setting so pretty- besides, he didn’t want his crew waking up.

"No no no I didn't mean to! There's no need to yell! " he told the figure, and hoped he could appease them and continue a peaceful night.
