Hi Winx Adventurers,
Winx Adventure is getting a major upgrade!



We’re excited to share some big behind-the-scenes changes that will make Winx Adventure even better moving forward!

Big engine upgrade — Unity migration!
We have officially migrated Winx Adventure from Unity 5.6.3 to Unity 2022.3.62f1!

This is a huge step forward for the game’s stability, performance, and future development. With this newer Unity version, we can do more, optimize better, and plan bigger improvements going forward.

What this unlocks for the future
This upgrade opens the door for many new possibilities, including:
• More advanced effects (better visuals, smoother animations, and improved VFX)
• More ambitious future areas (new environments, features, and content that weren’t possible before)
• Mobile adaptation potential in the future (this is a long-term goal, but this upgrade is a key step toward it)

A quick note about the launcher and the game:
Because of the Unity migration, we created a brand-new launcher built specifically to support the new version. The old one will no longer work due to the new additions required by Unity (e.g. the new crashlog files)

This means:
• Windows and macOS users must uninstall the current launcher/game
• Then re-install using the new launcher to fully enjoy the upgrade and ensure everything works correctly

This fresh install is required for the updated engine files to be applied properly — it’s the best way to avoid errors and missing data.

Your progress is safe!

All accounts remain intact.
Items, outfits, and progress will not be lost — everything carries over after reinstalling.

Hi everybody!
We decided to take a step back and fix a few annoying bugs that have been in the game for more than a few weeks.

This week’s update (01 February 2026) includes:


When the friend list is open, you’ll now be able to walk freely. Before, to prevent UI clicks firing and your character moving without you wanting to, this was made to prevent that.
Clicking on the UI will no longer make your character sit or lie down if you accidentally touch any sit/lie triggers “behind” it.
Deathhouse will no longer sometimes send you back invisible to Gardenia.
Resale will no longer fail to show the real price on the first item in the wardrobe. Zero really means zero and not a bugged number.
Footwear will no longer clip into the floor.
Sitting down or lying down will no longer leave you clipping or floating in the personal room once you get up.
Old Gardenia now co-exists with the new one, allowing players to choose their favorite, instead of erasing one version like the official game.
UI adjustments and groundwork for potential widescreen support, with the first tests being done!
Wardrobe access is now available through Gardenia.
Auto-selection of the first channel when opening the bedroom channel list, so you can click Join right away.
Main Store added to Old Gardenia.
Musa’s Hallowinx outfit fixed.
Create New Character now correctly shows the character, latest update made it invisible.
New Faragonda UI images on registration!

That’s not all: Skirts are still going to be adjusted in the following weeks to a different rigging, in the hopes of making them shine a little better!

This week’s update (13 March 2026) includes:

New features:
Quick Add & Inspect feature added to add the player quickly on Gardenia and Sillent Villa and see what they're wearing!
Music added to the Settings of the personal room! Change the soundtrack of your room to your liking!
Plants and several small lamps can now be added to the tables!
Wardrobe can now be used wherever, whenever! You no longer go back to your personal room to change! Be it in a friend's bedroom or the city, you will always return to where you were and can continue to chat with your friends!
Winx Adventure is now available in fullscreen widescreen, and the windowed version is now adjusted to your monitor size!

Improvements:
When someone sends a friend request, before it gets accepted, if someone tries to send another or the other person also sends one, it will say "A friend request between each other is already pending!"
New UI for Add Friends, Block Friends, Info Boxes and Email Boxes
Clicking sound added for mailbox buttons and gift system
New translations for Add Friend and Quality Settings
Opening recreated for widescreen (3440x1080)
Chat in a different color for our usernames
Added hand mouse UI when close to the secret rooftop location on Gardenia!

Bug Fixes:
Fixed issue where furniture items could appear outside bedroom walls
Fixed quality settings not saving between city and bedroom
Fixed chat between scenes, where it was slightly pushed forward due to the scrollbar
Fixed hibernating the computer with the game open not putting players offline
Fixed main menu music not playing
